This document is an introduction to the TL6512, 5437, DM5437, DM7437 Quad 2-Input NAND Buffers. Each buffer has independent logic NAND functionality.
The 5437/DM5437/DM7437 family consists of four independent NAND buffer gates in a single chip. Each gate performs the standard NAND logic function and is offered in several package styles, including ceramic DIP, molded DIP, and flat ceramic packages.
The datasheet lists absolute maximum ratings, recommended operating conditions, electrical characteristics such as supply voltage, input thresholds, output currents, and propagation delays, as well as detailed mechanical dimensions for each package variant. Ordering numbers and package identifiers are also provided.
