VARITRONIX VL-FS-MGLS24064-02C Manual

This document is a specification for the MGLS24064-02C LCD module. The LCD module features a 240 x 64 dot STN positive transflective yellow graphic display, with a driving scheme of 1/64 duty and 1/8.7 bias. The viewing direction is 6 o'clock. The LCD controller is a 'TOSHIBA' T6963C flat pack or equivalent, segment drivers are 'TOSHIBA' T6A39 flat pack or equivalent, and common drivers are 'TOSHIBA' T6A40 flat pack or equivalent. The module also includes 8KB display SRAM and a yellow-green LED03 backlight.
