This document introduces Noritake Itron's VFD modules, including the features and characteristics of the 112x16 dot graphic VFD module, such as single 5V supply, high brightness blue green display, operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, etc. The module includes the Vacuum Fluorescent Display glass, VF drivers, and micro-controller ICs with refresh RAM, character generator, and interface logic. It has 4/8 bit parallel LCD and serial interfaces, and the command set is LCD compatible. The pin assignments for the parallel interface and serial interface of the module are also provided.
