Analog Devices AD8074/AD8075 Datasheet

The AD8074/AD8075 are high-performance triple video buffers with G = +1 and +2 gains, respectively. They have a –3 dB full-signal bandwidth of 200 mV p-p to 600 MHz or 2 V p-p to 500 MHz. The AD8074/AD8075 provide a fast output disable feature for applications requiring fast switching. The AD8074/AD8075 are dual supply (+5 V) and have fully buffered inputs and outputs. They have a slew rate of 1600 V/μs, G = +1, and 1350 V/μs, G = +2, and have a fast settling time of 4 ns.

About this manual

The AD8074 and AD8075 are high‑speed triple video buffers designed for RGB buffering and driver applications in LCD and plasma displays, video routers, and other high‑speed video systems. They operate from a single +5 V supply, consume less than 30 mA, and feature a fast output‑disable function that places outputs in a high‑impedance state.

Both devices are offered in a 16‑lead TSSOP package and include protection against short‑circuit, over‑temperature, and electrostatic discharge. Detailed specifications cover dynamic performance, noise, power supply characteristics, and absolute maximum ratings.
