This document is a product specification for a quartz crystal unit manufactured by Aker. The product is a 3.2 x 2.5 mm SMD quartz crystal unit with a nominal frequency of 12.000 MHz and operates in the fundamental mode of oscillation. It is RoHS compliant and lead-free. The quartz crystal unit has a frequency tolerance of ±10 PPM at 25°C and frequency stability of ±10 PPM over the temperature range. The operating temperature range is -40 to +85°C (extended) and the storage temperature range is -55 to +125°C. The aging rate is ±3 PPM per year. The load capacitance is 12 pF and the maximum shunt capacitance is 5 pF. The equivalent series resistance (ESR) is 100 Ohms maximum. The maximum drive level is 500 uW. The solder reflow characteristics are +260°C for 10 seconds.
