Press and hold the “Start/Pause” key for about 5 seconds; the child‑lock symbol will appear when activated and disappear when deactivated.

Turn off the power, remove the pump cover, place a container underneath, loosen the pump housing, clear any debris, then re‑assemble and tighten the cover.
