The YO5/YL5 series sound and light alarms are 2-stage alarms that comply with BS 5839 standards and offer 6 lens colors with high sound output, low current consumption, continuous rating, robust reliability and simple installation.
The YO5/YL5 series provides a two‑stage audible and visual alarm with 6 selectable lens colours, high sound output (110 dB(A) at 1 m) and robust flame‑retardant ABS housing. It complies with BS 5839, offers low current consumption, and includes optional independent second‑stage operation.
The unit is designed for easy installation on flat walls or bulkheads using stainless‑steel fixings, with IP65 protection and a wide operating temperature range. Electrical options include 24 Vdc/48 Vdc and 115/230 Vac supplies, with selectable tones and strobe energies of 2.5 J and 5.0 J.
