Remove the water tank, rinse it with cold tap water, then fill it with fresh cold water and re‑insert it so it engages properly.
The machine is designed for a 10 A fuse.
Use the supplied test sticks and select the appropriate hardness level (0‑4) on the display; level 3 is the factory default.
