About this manual

The AD9864 is a narrow‑band IF subsystem that converts a low‑level 10 MHz to 300 MHz IF input to digital I/Q data. It includes a low‑noise amplifier, mixer, band‑pass Z‑A ADC, programmable decimation filter, AGC, and on‑chip LO and clock synthesizers. The device operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and consumes about 17 mA in normal mode.

The datasheet provides detailed electrical specifications, pin descriptions for the 48‑lead LFCSP package, absolute maximum ratings, thermal resistance, and ordering information. It also defines the SPI and SSI interfaces used to program the device and retrieve data.
