This document is a user manual for the ECOM S2524GF intelligent Ethernet switch, which describes how to configure and manage the product.
This manual introduces the ECOM S2524GF smart Ethernet switch, a 24‑port 10/100/1000 Mbps device with two gigabit SFP uplink ports. It outlines the hardware features, supported standards (IEEE 802.3, 802.1Q, 802.1x, etc.), and software functions such as VLAN, LACP, RSTP, QoS, and port mirroring.
The guide walks users through preparation, web‑based configuration, console access, and common troubleshooting steps. It also covers firmware upgrades, power‑supply diagnostics, and how to restore factory settings, helping network administrators deploy and maintain the switch efficiently. This manual is written in Chinese.
