This document describes the features and characteristics of the AT91SAM9G20A series of high-performance, low-power AVR ® 8-bit microcontrollers.
The AT90PWM2/3/2B/3B family is a low‑power CMOS 8‑bit AVR microcontroller with up to 1 MIPS per MHz, 8 KB flash, 512 B EEPROM and 512 B SRAM. It offers two or three 12‑bit high‑speed Power Stage Controllers (PSC) with flexible dead‑time, a 10‑bit ADC (up to 11 single‑ended channels) and a 10‑bit DAC, plus USART, SPI, and debugWIRE interfaces.
The datasheet details electrical characteristics, pin‑out tables for SOIC‑24, SOIC‑32 and QFN‑32 packages, power‑saving modes, and revision history. It also includes block diagrams, package drawings, and application notes for embedded control designs.
