The AD9260 is a 16-bit high-speed oversampled analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a 16-bit resolution at a 2.5 MHz output word rate. It features an 8× oversampling mode, a 20 MSPS clock, a 1.01 MHz signal passband with 0.004 dB ripple, an 88.5 dB signal-to-noise ratio, -96 dB total harmonic distortion, 100 dB spurious-free dynamic range, 0.6 LSB input referred noise, and other characteristics.
