ANALOG DEVICES AD7812 handbook

The AD7811/AD7812 are high performance, low power, 10-bit A/D converters with a maximum sampling rate of 350 kSPS and a power supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The devices feature 10-bit resolution, 2.3us conversion time, and can be configured as four single-ended inputs, three pseudo-differential inputs, or two independent pseudo-differential channels. Additionally, the AD7811/AD7812 include on-board track and hold circuitry, a 2.5V±2.5% reference voltage, and support a DSP/microcontroller-compatible serial interface.
