ANALOG DEVICES AD8306 handbook

The AD8306 is a complete IF limiting amplifier, providing both an accurate and stable RSSI scaling over temperature and supplies. It has a dynamic range of 100 dB and is suitable for applications such as receivers for frequency and phase modulation, very wide range IF and RF power measurement, and receiver signal strength indication (RSSI).
