The Inline Concentration Control µ-ICC 2.45 measures the concentration, the density, the dry matter content or the water content of a liquid product during processing. The product can be liquid, a kind of paste or a suspension.
The u-ICC 2.45 provides contactless measurement of concentration, density, dry‑matter or water content in liquids, pastes or suspensions by radiating microwaves through the whole cross‑section of a pipeline. The phase shift and attenuation of the microwaves correlate directly with the material’s water content, delivering a representative measurement without optical transparency requirements.
The system consists of a central controller and up to four isolated microwave modules that can be installed up to 150 m away via coaxial cable. All measurement values are available digitally through RS‑232 and optionally via a 0‑20 mA current loop. The robust aluminium housing (IP65) and multilingual menu make the device suitable for harsh industrial environments.

The controller can handle between one and four measuring points.
Data is transferred via an RS‑232 interface at 9600 baud.
A coaxial cable up to 150 m long can be used between the controller and each module.
It provides four isolated 0‑20 mA current loop outputs, one per channel.
