GFI MailArchiver 6.2 is an email archiving tool that can help you easily archive your emails to save disk space and protect your data. The tool can automatically archive emails, and supports searching and retrieving emails.
This manual describes how to load GFI MailArchiver, connect to a Microsoft Exchange server, and access archived email data. It covers the steps for logging in via a web browser, navigating the interface, and selecting the appropriate archive database.

Select the "View" option in the main window to display a list of archived email conversations and their details.
In the email view, click the attachment name, then choose "Open" to view or "Save" to download the file.
Select the email, click the "OneClick Restore" button, and specify the target mailbox to restore the message.
