SLHT4-5 industrial protective temperature and humidity sensor is a fully calibrated, digitally outputted sensor with high reliability and long-term stability. It has the functions of measuring relative humidity, temperature, and dew point. The sensor uses a capacitive polymer humidity sensing element and a bandgap temperature sensing element, along with a 14-bit A/D converter and serial interface circuitry. It has advantages such as fast response, strong anti-interference ability, and low power consumption, making it suitable for applications in data collectors, transmitters, automated process control, automotive industry, building control and HVAC, and pharmaceutical industry.
The SLHT4-5 is an industrial‑grade temperature and humidity sensor featuring full‑range calibration and a two‑wire digital output. It measures humidity from 0‑100%RH and temperature from -40 to +123.8°C with high accuracy and low power consumption, and it can be fully immersed for harsh environments.
The sensor integrates a capacitive humidity element, a band‑gap temperature element, a 14‑bit A/D converter and a serial interface on a single chip. It is offered in surface‑mount LCC or 4‑pin through‑hole packages, and optional custom packaging is available. Typical applications include data acquisition, automation, automotive, building control, power, metrology and medical fields. This manual is written in Chinese.
