The 3300 XL 11mm eddy current sensor system can output 3.94 V/mm ( 100mV/mil ) for non-contacting vibration and displacement measurements. The 11mm probe end makes this sensor have a larger linearity range compared with our standard 3300 XL8mm sensor system. It is mainly applied to the following measurements requiring large linearity range: • Axial (thrust) displacement measurement • Displacement measurement of the tilt difference on a steam turbine • Displacement or drop measurement of the piston rod of reciprocating compressors • Tachometer and zero-speed measurement • Phase reference (key phase) signals
About this manual
The 3300 XL 11 mm eddy‑current sensor system consists of a probe, an extension cable and a front‑unit. It provides non‑contact vibration and displacement measurement for oil‑film bearing machines, with a linear range up to 4.5 mm and output sensitivity of 3.94 V/mm.
The manual details mechanical and electrical characteristics, environmental limits, mounting options (panel or rail), ordering codes and optional accessories such as protective connectors and FluidLoc™ cables. This manual is written in Chinese.
