ACA IgG ELISA Kit is a kit for quantitative determination of ACA IgG in rat serum, plasma or other relevant liquids
The CACA IgG ELISA kit is intended for quantitative measurement of anticardiolipin IgG antibodies in rat serum, plasma or related fluids. The assay uses a double‑antibody sandwich ELISA format with HRP‑streptavidin and TMB substrate, and results are read at 450 nm.
The kit includes a 96‑well coated plate, standards, sample diluent, detection reagents A and B, substrate, stop solution and washing buffer. The protocol covers sample preparation, incubation steps at 37 °C, washing, substrate development, and calculation of concentrations using a standard curve. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Detection range | 1.56 – 100 GPL/mL |
|---|---|
| Incubation temperature and time (first step) | 37 °C for 120 min |
| Incubation temperature and time (detection A) | 37 °C for 60 min |
| Incubation temperature and time (detection B) | 37 °C for 60 min |
The kit can detect ACA IgG concentrations from 1.56 to 100 GPL/mL.
Serum samples may be stored at -20 °C, but repeated freeze‑thaw cycles should be avoided.
It uses a double‑antibody sandwich ELISA with HRP‑labeled streptavidin and TMB substrate to generate a colorimetric signal.
Each wash uses 350 µL per well, repeated 3–5 times, and insufficient washing can cause false‑positive results.
