Frequently asked questions
Why are contacts not transferred correctly after moving the SIM card to a new phone?
First copy the SIM card to the original phone, download the contacts with MPA, then insert the SIM into the new phone and use MPA to transfer the contacts.
Why does the PC address book not appear on the phone after synchronization?
The phone does not support that function, so MPA cannot transfer the PC address book to the phone.
When I add a birthday entry in the calendar, why does the related part stay unchanged?
The birthday field is built‑in and does not require additional modification.
