TLP108 is a high-performance isolated optocoupler produced by Toshiba. It features high output current and high instantaneous common mode rejection ratio, and can be used for isolated bus driving, high-speed line reception and interface of microprocessor systems.
The TLP108 combines a GaAs infrared LED with a high‑gain, high‑speed phototransistor in a miniature flat‑package optocoupler. Its totem‑pole output allows both sink and source drive, and the shielded phototransistor provides excellent noise immunity.
The datasheet lists recommended operating conditions, absolute maximum ratings, electrical and switching characteristics, and handling instructions for reliable use in industrial and consumer electronics. This manual is written in Japanese.
