Agilent U1600A Series Handheld Digital Oscilloscope User Guide

The U1600A Series Handheld Digital Oscilloscope is a high-performance diagnostic and quality assurance tool that provides flexible waveform and instrument measurement capabilities for technicians in the installation, maintenance, service, and automotive industries. The series comprises two models: the U1602A-20 MHz oscilloscope and the U1604A - 40 MHz oscilloscope. Both models offer up to 200 MSa/s real-time sampling rate. Users can use dual-trace math functions (DWM) and Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) capability (on the U1604A) to perform fast waveform analysis in the time and frequency domains. The built-in 6000-point resolution True RMS digital multimeter (DMM) features auto-ranging, providing users with the flexibility to perform rapid, accurate instrument measurements, including voltage measurements, resistance measurements, and auxiliary measurements. In addition, the U1600A series comes standard with data recording capabilities, allowing users to merge a stream of data points into a data record.
