Error 065 occurs when G00 or G01 is not defined in the first block of a cycle, or when X/U or Z/W are not separately defined. The manual's first action is: “In the first block of NS~NF should be G00 or G01. In the first block of NS~NF specified by G71, X or U shall be defined separately. In the first block of NS~NF specified by G72, Z or W shall be defined separately.”
