What H008 means

Check Imprinter p. 88

If the ink cartridge is not secured by the lock lever, “Check Imprinter: H008” appears on the display panel when the upper unit is closed. In this case, open the upper unit and turn the lock lever to secure the ink cartridge. p. 81

Common causes

  • No ink cartridge is installed in the pre-imprinter. Or the pre-imprinter ink cartridge is not secured. p. 88
