The BUK201-50Y TOPFET high side switch is an overload protected power switch based on MOSFET technology. It features low on-state resistance, 5V logic compatible input, overtemperature protection, overload protection, and high supply voltage load protection.

BUK201-50X is a monolithic temperature and overload protected power switch based on MOSFET technology in a 5 pin plastic envelope, configured as a single high side switch. It is suitable for driving lamps, motors, solenoids, heaters, etc. The switch has features such as 5V logic compatible input, low on-state resistance, overtemperature protection, overload protection, high supply voltage load protection, undervoltage lockout, status indication, static current, ESD protection, etc.

BUK149-50DL is a logic level TOPFET launched by Philips, with a maximum continuous drain source voltage of 50 V, a maximum continuous drain current of 16 A, a maximum total power dissipation of 65 W, and a maximum operating junction temperature of 150 ℃. The product has the characteristics of low input supply current, 5 V logic compatible input level, over temperature protection, overcurrent protection and so on.

BUK150-50DL is a logic level TOPFET product from Philips Semiconductors. It is manufactured using TOPFET2 technology and has a maximum voltage of 50 V and a maximum current of 20 A.

BUK1M200-50SDLD is a quad temperature and overload protected logic level power MOSFET product in TOPFET™ technology, packaged in a 20-pin surface mount plastic package. This product features 5V logic compatible input level, overtemperature protection, current limiting, overload protection, ESD protection, etc. It is suitable for DC switching, low frequency pulse width modulation, driving lamps, motors, solenoids, heaters, and other applications.

BUK148-50DL is a logic level TOPFET produced by Philips Semiconductors. Its maximum continuous drain source voltage is 50V, its maximum continuous drain current is 8A, its maximum total power dissipation is 40W, and its maximum operating temperature is 150℃. This product is widely used in automotive systems, lamps, motors, solenoid valves and other applications.

BUK139-50DL is a logic level power MOSFET with overload protection and temperature protection. It is suitable for general purpose switching applications such as driving lamps, motors, solenoids, and heaters in automotive systems.

BUK138-50DL is a logic level power MOSFET with overload protection, suitable for general purpose switch applications such as driving lamps, motors, solenoids, and heaters in automotive systems.

BUK136-50L is a logic level protected power MOSFET from Philips Semiconductors. It has a maximum voltage of 50V, a maximum current of 40A, a maximum power dissipation of 107W, and a working temperature range of -55℃ to 150℃. Its on-state resistance is 20mΩ.

The BUK130-50DL is a logic level TOPFET produced by PHILIPS Semiconductors. This product has a maximum continuous drain-source voltage of 50V, a maximum continuous drain current of 20A, a maximum total power dissipation of 90W, and a maximum continuous junction temperature of 150°C.
