This document introduces a series of switching regulator modules designed by Texas Instruments for bus termination in DDR and QDR memory applications. These modules feature high efficiency, VTT bus termination output, output overcurrent protection, and 15A output current.

Extech PRT200 Non-Contact Phase Sequence Tester can check phase sequence and indicate phase status, tests up to 1000VAC voltage with LED and audible indication.

The PTH03020W is a 3.3V input 22A, 3.3V input non-isolated wide-output voltage adjustable power module from TI, which has high performance, small size and industry-leading features.

The PTB78520W is a 20-A rated, wide-input (18-60 V) isolated DC/DC converter that incorporates Auto-Track™ power-up sequencing. This allows these modules to simultaneously power up with any other downstream non-isolated, Auto- Track compliant module. The PTB78520W module provides two outputs, each regulated to the same voltage. During power up, the voltage at ‘VO Bus’ rises first, allowing this output to provide input power to any downstream non-isolated module. The voltage from ‘VO Seq’ is then allowed to rise simulta- neously, under the control of Auto-Track, along with the outputs from the down- stream modules.

This product is a 5V input non-isolated wide-output adjust power module from Texas Instruments. It has a 6A output current, an output voltage adjustable range of 0.8V to 3.6V, an efficiency of up to 95%, a power density of 135W/in³, on/off inhibit and pre-bias startup functions, and an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. It also has auto-track, output over-current protection, and other functions.

The document introduces the features and characteristics of the 6-A non-isolated DDR/QDR memory bus termination modules product, including VTT bus termination output, 6 A output current, 3.3-V, 5-V or 12-V input voltage, DDR & QDR compatibility, on/off inhibit (for VTT standby), under-voltage lockout, operating temperature, efficiency, power density, output over-current protection, safety agency approvals, etc.

The PTH04000W is a highly integrated, low-cost switching regulator module that delivers up to 3 A of output current. Occupying a small PCB area, the PTH04000W provides output current at a high efficiency and with minimal power dissipation, thereby eliminating the need for a heat sink. Their small size (0.75 inch × 0.5 inch), high efficiency, and low cost makes these modules practical for a variety of applications. The input voltage range of the PTH04000W is from 3 V to 5.5 V, allowing operation from either a 3.3 V or 5.5 V input voltage.

The TPIC1021 is the LIN (Local Interconnect Network) physical interface, which integrates the serial transceiver with wake up and protection features. The LIN bus is a single wire, bi-directional bus typically used for low-speed in-vehicle applications.

This document describes the features and characteristics of Extech's Model RT30 (914MHz) Wireless AC Circuit Identifier, including its ability to identify live circuits and detect changes in light level.

Extech VT10 is a multi-function voltage tester from Extech, with a measurement range of AC voltage 600V and DC voltage 400V, equipped with LED indicators, with positive and negative polarity LEDs, supporting audio continuity beeper, low impedance mode, and a built-in flashlight to illuminate test connections during measurements.

The TRS3318 is a single-chip RS-232 transceiver from TI that supports a data rate of 460kbps and has integrated ESD protection. The operating supply voltage range is 2.25V-3V.

Extech VT10 Multifunction Voltage Tester measures AC and DC voltages up to 600 V. It features two handed operation with LED indicators for low impedance testing. The meter also includes a built-in flashlight for testing in tight areas. It comes with 2 AAA batteries, protective cap, and pouch case.

Extech's RT32 (869MHz) Wireless AC Circuit Identifier can identify live circuits and detect changes in light level with the wireless receiver. With careful use, this detector will provide years of reliable service.

The Extech RT30 Wireless AC Circuit Identifier is a convenient tool that identifies and safely shuts off power when needed. The unit uses non-contact voltage detection and wireless signals to monitor and remotely report the presence of voltage on a wire. This product quickly and easily identifies power wires, eliminates the need for an assistant or back-and-forth trips to confirm the correct circuit is powered down, and easily identifies lighting and outlet circuits.

Optoway TRSL-3380W-CXX0G is a 3.3V / CWDM / 155 Mbps single-mode transceiver with duplex LC interface and 18-wavelength DFB LD transmitter. It is compliant with SONET OC-3 LR-2 / SDH STM-1 (L-1.2) standards and suitable for applications such as ATM 155 Mbps links.
