ISL3690 is a dual-band direct conversion transceiver from Intersil. It operates in the frequency range of 2.4~2.5GHz or 5.15~5.35GHz, with a supply voltage range of 2.7~3.3V. Its noise figure is 5.4dB, transmit output power is -5dBm, and receive gain is 0~74dB.

ISL3687 is a 5GHz RF/IF converter integrated with PLL synthesizer and VCO from Intersil. It's suitable for PCI, miniPCI and PCMCIA wireless LAN adapters.

The ISL3984 is a 2.4GHz monolithic SiGe Power Amplifier and Detector designed to operate in the ISM Band. It features two low voltage single supply stages. Cascaded, they deliver 18dBm (Typ) output power for the typical DSSS signal (ACPR, 1st Side Lobe < -30dBc, 2nd Side Lobe < -50dBc). In addition, the device includes a 2.4GHz detector which is accurate over a 15dB dynamic range within (±)1dB. Therefore, an accurate ALC function can be implemented. The ISL3984 is housed in a 16 lead MLFP package well suited for PCMCIA board applications.

The ISL3680 is a highly integrated UHF2 process, direct conversion transceiver and is part of a 2.4GHz, IEEE802.11b/g compliant radio chipset. Its features include high integration, wide frequency range, low noise and low power consumption.

This document introduces the features and characteristics of the Intersil ISL36356A WLAN Access Point product.

ISL35822 is an eight-channel clock and data recovery and retimer from Intersil. It operates at frequencies of 2.488Gbps to 3.187Gbps and meets the IEEE 802.3 10GBASE-LX4(WWDM), 10GBASE-CX4, and XAUI specifications.

ISL3259E is a ±15kV IEC61000 ESD Protected, 5V powered, single transceiver that meets both the RS-485 and RS-422 standards for balanced communication. It also features the larger output voltage and higher data rate (up to 100Mbps) required by high speed PROFIBUS applications.

The ISL317XE are ±15kV IEC61000 ESD Protected, 3.3V powered, single transceivers that meet both the RS-485 and RS-422 standards for balanced communication. These devices have very low bus currents, allowing up to 256 transceivers on the network without violating the RS-485 specification’s maximum limit. The receivers feature a Full Fail-Safe design and the transceivers have hot plug circuitry to ensure stable operation. Slew rate limited versions reduce EMI and minimize reflections from improperly terminated transmission lines. The ISL3170E through ISL3175E also include receiver input filtering to enhance noise immunity in the presence of slow input signals.

The ISL3159E is an Intersil’s ±15kV IEC61000 ESD Protected, 5V powered, single transceiver that meets both the RS-485 and RS-422 standards for balanced communication, and features the larger output voltage and higher data rate - up to 40Mbps - required by high speed PROFIBUS applications. It is offered in Industrial and Extended Industrial (-40°C to +125°C) temperature ranges.

The ISL315XE series is a BiCMOS, IEC61000 ESD protected, 5V powered, single transceiver that meets both the RS-485 and RS-422 standards for balanced communication.

ISL29001 is an ambient light sensor chip produced by Intersil. It integrates ADC and I2C interface, adopts 15-bit effective resolution, and has an internal clock that can be externally timed by I2C commands. It supports human eye response and temperature compensation.

The ISL29000 is a light-to-current optical sensor from Intersil that combines a photodiode and a current amplifier on a single monolithic IC. Output current is directly proportionate to the light intensity on the photodiode. It has excellent sensitivity and linearity, and works in the range of 2.5V to 5.5V, making it ideal for use in mobile phones, PDAs, and other handheld devices.

SSM2602 is a low power audio codec with 24-bit stereo analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, high-efficiency headphone amplifier, stereo line inputs and mono microphone inputs. It features low power consumption and low power supply voltage.
