The L9822E is an octal low-side solenoid driver realized in Multipower BCD technology particularly suited for driving lamps, relays and solenoids in automotive environment.

The VND05BSP is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics VIPower Technology, intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded. This device has two channels, and a common diagnostic. Built-in thermal shutdown protects the chip from over temperature and short circuit. The status output provides an indication of open load in on state, open load in off state, overtemperature conditions and stuck-on to VCC.

The VND05B, VND05B (011Y), VND05B (012Y) is a monolithic device designed STMicroelectronics VIPower technology, intendedin for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. This device has two channels, and a common diagnostic. Built-in thermal shutdown protects the chip from overtemperature and short circuit. The status output provides an indication of open load in on state, open load in off state, overtemperature conditions and stuck-on to VCC.

The VN31SP is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics VIPower Technology, intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded.

The VN31 is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics VIPower Technology, intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded. It features thermal shut-down protection, under voltage protection, open drain diagnostic output, fast demagnetization of inductive loads, and very low stand-by power dissipation.

VN16BPS ISO HIGH SIDE SMART POWER SOLID STATE RELAY is a solid state relay with a maximum continuous output current of 20A@Tc=85°C, a power supply voltage of 5V, temperature protection, undervoltage protection, open drain diagnostic output and fast demagnetization function

VN16B ISO HIGH SIDE SMART POWER SOLID STATE RELAY is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics VIPower Technology, intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded.

The VN06SP is a high-side smart power solid state relay designed for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded. It features thermal shut-down, under voltage protection, open drain diagnostic output, fast demagnetization of inductive loads, and very low stand-by power dissipation.

The VN06 is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics Vertical Intelligent Power technology, intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded. It has maximum continuous output current 9A@Tc = 85°C, 5V logic level compatible input, thermal shutdown, under voltage protection, open drain diagnostic output, inductive load fast demagnetization and very low standby power dissipation.

VN03 ISO high side smart power solid state relay is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics Vertical Intelligent Power technology, intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded. Built-in thermal shutdown protects the chip from over temperature and short circuit. The open Drain diagnostic output indicates: open load in off state and in on state, output shorted to VCC and overtemperature. Fast demagnetization of inductive loads is archieved by negative (-18V) load voltage at turn-off.
