The VND810SP is a monolithic device designed using STMicroelectronics™ VIPower™ M0-3 Technology. It is intended for driving any type of multiple load with one side connected to ground.

The VND830MSP double channel high-side driver features CMOS compatible inputs, open drain status outputs, on-state open-load detection, off-state open-load detection, shorted load protection, undervoltage and overvoltage shutdown, loss of ground protection, very low standby current and reverse battery protection.

The VND830SP is a monolithic device designed in STMicroelectronics™ VIPower™ M0-3 Technology. It is intended for driving any type of multiple load with one side connected to ground. The device detects the open-load condition in both the on-state and off-state. In the off-state the device detects if the output is shorted to VCC. The device automatically turns off in the case where the ground pin becomes disconnected.

OP11 is a four-channel matched 741-type operational amplifier produced by Analog Devices. It has very low input offset voltage and very high common-mode rejection ratio, which can be used in the design of instrumentation amplifiers.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the TDA7381 4 x 25 W quad bridge car radio amplifier, including high output power capability, clipping detector, low distortion, low output noise, standby function, mute function, automute, and diagnostics facility.

The L9935 is a two-phase stepper motor driver circuit from ST that is suited to drive bipolar stepper motors. The device can be controlled by a serial interface (SPI). All protections required to design a well protected system (short-circuit, over temperature, cross conduction etc.) are integrated.

The TDA7479 is a single chip RDS demodulator and filter with very high RDS demodulation quality and improved digital signal processing.

The OP1177/OP2177/OP4177 is a precision low noise, low input bias current operational amplifier produced by Analog Devices. It has high output stability and low power consumption.

The L9615 is a bidirectional transceiver for signal conditioning and processing in connection with a CAN controller. Data rates of up to 500KBAUD are supported using either shielded or non- shielded pair of lines.

The VN460SP is a single-channel high-side smart solid-state relay with a rated output current of 25A and a rated voltage of 36V. The product uses SGS-THOMSON Vertical Intelligent Power Technology and is intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. Built-in thermal shutdown protects the chip from over temperature and short circuit. The control input is 5V CMOS logic level compatible. The open drain diagnostic output indicates open circuit (no load) and overtemperature status.

L9380 is a three-channel N-channel high-side switch driver from STMicroelectronics. It is designed to replace relays in automotive electronic control units.

VND600SP is a double channel high-side solid state relay with features including DC short circuit current of 25A, CMOS compatible inputs, proportional load current sense, under-voltage and over-voltage shutdown, over-voltage clamp, thermal shutdown, current limitation, very low standby power consumption, protection against loss of ground and loss of VCC, and reverse battery protection.
