The L9942 is an integrated stepper motor driver for bipolar stepper motors with microstepping and programmable current profile look-up-table to allow a flexible adaptation of the stepper motor characteristics and intended operating conditions.

VNS3NV04D-E is an OMNIFET II fully autoprotected Power MOSFET with features like linear current limitation, thermal shut down, short circuit protection, integrated clamp, etc. It is designed for DC up to 50KHz applications and offers fault feedback and ESD protection.

The L9466 is a monolithic multifunction generator Voltage regulator intended for use in automotive charging applications. This All Silicon Voltage Regulator regulates the output of an automotive generator by controlling the field winding current by means of a variable frequency PWM high side driver.

L9473 is a monolithic multifunction generator Voltage regulator intended for use in automotive charging applications.

The L9733 is a highly flexible monolithic, medium current, output driver that incorporates 8 outputs that can be used as either internal low or high-side drives in any combination. It has a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, a maximum resistance value of 0.7Ω (25°C) and 1.2Ω (125°C), and a minimum current limit of 1A for each output. It also has a minimum output voltage clamping of 40V in low-side configuration and a maximum output voltage clamping of -14V in high-side configuration. The chip features an SPI interface for outputs control and diagnosis data communication, as well as additional PWM inputs for 3 outputs. Each channel has independent thermal shutdown and diagnostics for open load, short to GND, short to Vb, and overcurrent in latched or unlatched mode. It also has an internal charge pump without the need for an external capacitor and controlled SR for reduced EMC.

TDA7350A is a new technology class AB Audio Power Amplifier in the Multiwatt® package designed for car radio applications. Thanks to the fully complementary PNP/NPN output configuration the high power performance of the TDA7350A is obtained without bootstrap ca- pacitors. A delayed turn-on mute circuit eliminates audible on/off noise, and a novel short circuit protection system prevents spurious intervention with highly inductive loads.

The document describes the features and characteristics of the ultraprecision operational amplifier OP177 Rev. E, including ultralow offset voltage and offset voltage drift, excellent open-loop gain and gain linearity, high common mode rejection ratio and power supply rejection ratio, etc.

It features a fully monolithic design, high side field driver, thermal protection, field short circuit protection, protected diagnostic lamp driver, protected high side relay driver, complex diagnostics, and load response control.

The TDA7419 is a high performance signal processor specifically designed for car radio applications. The device includes a high performance audioprocessor with fully integrated audio filters. The digital control allows programming in a wide range of filter characteristics. By the use of BICMOS-process and linear signal processing low distortion and low noise are obtained.

VND830MSP-E is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics™ VIPower™ M0-3 technology. It is intended for driving any kind of load with one side connected to ground. Active VCC pin voltage clamp protects the device against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient compatibility table). Active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart protects the device against overload. The device detects open-load condition both in on-state and off-state. Output shorted to VCC is detected in the off-state. The open-load threshold is aimed at detecting the 5 W/12 V standard bulb as an open-load fault in the on-state. Device automatically turns off in case of ground pin disconnection.
