This product is an isolated high side FET driver for driving isolated MOSFET transistors

The UC1638 family of integrated circuits are advanced pulse width modulators intended for a variety of PWM motor drive and amplifier applications requiring either uni-directional or bi-directional drive circuits. The key features of the UC1638 include a programmable high speed triangle oscillator, a 5X differential current sensing amplifier, high slew rate error amplifier, high speed PWM comparators, and two 50mA open collector as well as two ±500mA totem pole output stages. This controller is specified for higher performance applications, yet maintains flexibility.

This document describes the UC1610, UC2610, UC3610 dual Schottky diode bridges in both hermetic CERDIP and copper-leaded plastic packages. It provides the features and characteristics of the products.

The UC2577-ADJ is a simple boost voltage regulator produced by Texas Instruments. The device has a wide input voltage range (3.0V to 40V), a 3.0A NPN output switch, and undervoltage lockout, thermal protection circuitry and current limiting features.

The UC3572 is a negative output flyback pulse width modulator which converts a positive input voltage to a regulated negative output voltage. The chip is optimized for use in a single inductor negative flyback switching converter employing an external PMOS switch. The block diagram consists of a precision reference, an error amplifier configured for voltage mode operation, an oscillator, a PWM comparator with latching logic, and a 0.5A peak gate driver. The UC3572 includes an undervoltage lockout circuit to insure sufficient input supply voltage is present before any switching activity can occur, and a pulse-by-pulse current limit. Output current can be sensed and limited to a user determined maximum value. The UVLO circuit turns the chip off when the input voltage is below the UVLO threshold. In addition, a sleep comparator interfaces to the UVLO circuit to turn the chip off. This reduces the supply current to only 50µA, making the UC3572 ideal for battery powered applications.

This product contains over-voltage, under-voltage and current sensing circuits, an internal 1% accurate reference, programmable time delays, SCR “crowbar” drive of 300mA, remote activation capability, optional over-voltage latch, and uncommitted comparator inputs for low voltage sensing (only for UC1544 series)

The UC1525A/27A UC2525A/27A UC3525A/27A regulating pulse width modulators have features including 8 to 35V operation, 5.1V reference trimmed to ±1%, 100Hz to 500kHz oscillator range, separate oscillator sync terminal, adjustable deadtime control, internal soft-start, pulse-by-pulse shutdown, input undervoltage lockout, and latching PWM.

The UC1526A Series are improved-performance pulse-width modulator circuits intended for direct replacement of equivalent non-“A” versions in all applications.

The UC1526, UC2526 and UC3526 are three high-performance pulse width modulator chips. They include a temperature-compensated voltage reference, sawtooth oscillator, error amplifier, pulse width modulator, pulse metering and setting logic, and two low impedance power drivers. Also included are soft-start and under-voltage lockout, digital current limiting, double pulse inhibit, a data latch for single pulse metering, adjustable deadtime, and provision for symmetry correction inputs. All digital control ports are compatible with TTL and B-series CMOS for easy interface. This versatile device can be used to implement single-ended or push-pull switching regulators of either polarity, both transformerless and transformer coupled. The UC1526 is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The UC2526 is characterized for operation from -25°C to +85°C, and the UC3526 is characterized for operation from 0° to +70°C.

This manual describes the function and characteristics of UC1525A/27A, UC2525A/27A, UC3525A/27A regulating pulse width modulators.

The TSV991/2/4 family of single, dual & quad operational amplifiers offers low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output. This family features an excellent speed/power consumption ratio, offering a 20MHz gain- bandwidth, stable for gain above 3 (100pF capacitive load), while consuming only 1.1mA max at 5V supply voltage. It also features an ultra- low input bias current. These characteristics make the TSV991/2/4 family ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-supplied and portable applications, as well as active filtering.

TSV321/TSV358/TSV324 are low voltage versions of LM358 and LM324 commodity operational amplifiers, capable of operating with voltage as low as 2.5V and featuring both I/O rail-to-rail. The common mode input voltage extends 200mV at 25°C beyond the supply voltages while the output voltage swing is within 100mV of each rail with 600 Ohm load resistor. These devices offer 1.3MHz of gain-bandwidth product and provide high output drive capability typically at 65mA- load. These performances make the TSV3xx family ideal for active filters, general purpose low-voltage applications, general purpose portable devices.
