The PDF file mainly introduces the characteristics and application scenarios of the L799 product.

The L79L00 series is a negative voltage regulator with internal current limiting and thermal shutdown functions, capable of delivering up to 100mA output current. They are intended for a wide range of applications, including local or on-card regulation to eliminate noise and distribution problems associated with single-point regulation. Additionally, they can be used with power pass elements to create high-current voltage regulators.

The LD2981AB/C series are 100 mA fixed-output voltage regulators. The low drop-voltage and the ultra low quiescent current make them suitable for low noise, low power applications and in battery powered systems.

The PB137 is a positive voltage regulator from ST company. Its rated output voltage is 13.7V and the maximum output current is 1.5A.

The TS831 is an ultra low power integrated circuit incorporating a high stability band-gap voltage reference and a comparator with an open drain output.

L4976 is a 1A step-down switching regulator with an input voltage range of 8V to 55V and an output voltage adjustable range of 0.5V to 50V. It is fabricated using BCD mixed technology and features an internal power D-MOS transistor with a typical Rds(ON) of 0.25Ω for very high efficiency and fast switching speed.

Introduction to ST's LNBP20/LNBP1X series LNBP supply and control voltage regulator (parallel interface)

The LD2979 series are very low drop regulators available in SOT23-5L. The very low drop-voltage and the very low quiescent current make them particularly suitable for low noise, low power applications and in battery powered systems.

L4978 is a step down monolithic power switching regulator that delivers 2A output current between 3.3V and 50V. It features a wide input voltage range, adjustable output voltage, and adjustable switching frequency.

L4971 is a 1.5A step down switching regulator that delivers 1.5A at a voltage between 3.3V and 50V (selected by a simple external divider). Realized in BCD mixed technology, the device uses an internal power D-MOS transistor (with a typical Rdson of 0.25Ω) to obtain very high efficency and high switching speed.

This document introduces the features and characteristics of the TSM102A product, including op-amps, comparators, and reference voltages. This product is suitable for power supply management and data acquisition applications.

TS431 is a low-voltage, three-terminal, programmable shunt voltage reference. The output voltage can be set to any value between Vref (1.24 V) and 6 V with two external resistors.

L5991 L5991A is a primary controller with standby current-mode control PWM switching frequency up to 1MHz, low start-up current (<120µA), high-current output drive suitable for power MOSFET (1A), fully latched PWM logic with double pulse suppression, programmable duty cycle 100% and 50%, maximum duty cycle limit, standby function, programmable soft start, primary overcurrent fault detection with re-start delay, PWM UVLO with hysteresis, internal 100ns leading edge blanking of current sense, DIP16 and SO16 package.
