The ADS574 is a 12-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter using an innovative capacitor array (CDAC) implemented in low-power CMOS technology. This is a drop-in replacement for ADC574 models in most applications, with internal sampling, much lower power consumption, and capability to operate from a single +5V supply.

The ADS61B49 (ADS61B29) is a 14-bit (12-bit) A/D converter with a sampling rate up to 250 MSPS. It combines high dynamic performance and low power consumption in a compact 48-QFN package. An integrated analog buffer makes it well-suited for multi-carrier, wide bandwidth communications applications. The buffer maintains constant performance and input impedance across a wide frequency range.

This data selector/multiplexer contains full binary decoding to select one-of-eight data sources and features strobe-controlled complementary 3-state outputs. The 3-state outputs can interface with and drive data lines of bus-organized systems. With all but one of the common outputs disabled (at a high-impedance state), the low-impedance of the enable output will drive the bus line to a high or low logic level. Both outputs are controlled by the strobe (G). The outputs are disabled when G is hi

ADS61B23 is a 12-bit A/D converter (ADC) with a maximum sampling frequency of 80 MSPS. It combines high performance and low power consumption in a compact 32-QFN package. The analog inputs use buffers to isolate the switching transients of the internal sample & hold from the external driving circuit. The buffered inputs present very low input capacitance (< 2pF) &wide bandwidth. This makes it easy to drive them at high input frequencies, compared to an ADC without the input buffers.

ADS62P15 is a dual channel 11-bit A/D converter with maximum sample rates up to 125 MSPS. It combines high performance and low power consumption in a compact 64 QFN package. Using an internal sample and hold and low jitter clock buffer, the ADC supports high SNR and high SFDR at high input frequencies. It has coarse and fine gain options that can be used to improve SFDR performance at lower full-scale input ranges. ADS62P15 includes a digital processing block that consists of several useful and

ADS62C17 is a dual channel 11-bit, 200 MSPS A/D converter that combines high dynamic performance and low power consumption in a compact 64 QFN package. This makes it well-suited for multi-carrier, wide band-width communications applications. ADS62C17 uses TI-proprietary SNRBoost technology that can be used to overcome SNR limitation due to quantization noise for bandwidths less than Nyquist (Fs/2). It includes several useful and commonly used digital functions such as ADC offset correction, gai

The ADS58B18 is an 11-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADCs) with sampling rates up to 200MSPS and integrated analog input buffers. This device uses innovative design techniques to achieve high dynamic performance, while consuming extremely low power. The analog input pins have buffers, with benefits of constant performance and input impedance across a wide frequency range. The ADS58B18 is well-suited for multi-carrier, wide bandwidth communications applications.

This device contains six D-type flip-flops and is positive-edge-triggered with a direct clear input. Information at the D inputs meeting the setup time requirements is transferred to the outputs on the positive-going edge of the clock pulse. Clock triggering occurs at a particular voltage level and is not directly related to the transition time of the positive-going pulse. When the clock input is at either the high or low level, the D input signal has no effect at the output. The 74ACT11174 is
