The AD5273 is a 64-position OTP digital potentiometer featuring ultralow power, fast settling time, and a wide temperature range.

The AD5280/AD5282 are single-channel and dual-channel, 256-position, digitally controlled variable resistors (VR)2. The devices perform the same electronic adjustment function as a potentiometer, trimmer, or variable resistor. They can be programmed to generate the desired output voltage or current, as required.

The AD5207 is a dual channel, 256-position digital potentiometer that can replace mechanical potentiometers. It is available in 10kΩ, 50kΩ, and 100kΩ resistance values, and supports 2.7V to 5.5V single supply or -2.7V dual supply. It can be controlled via a 3-wire SPI compatible serial data input, and is automatically set to the midscale position during power-up.

The AD5200 and AD5201 are programmable resistor devices, with 256 positions and 33 positions respectively, that can be digi- tally controlled through a 3-wire SPI serial interface. The terms programmable resistor, variable resistor (VR), and RDAC are commonly used interchangeably to refer to digital potentiometers. These devices perform the same electronic adjustment function as mechanical potentiometers, and offer additional features and performance.

The AD5241/AD5242 are single/dual-channel, 256-position digitally controlled variable resistors with various features and characteristics.

AD5204/AD5206 are 4-/6-channel digital potentiometers with 256 positions, which can replace mechanical potentiometers. Each channel has a fixed resistance value and can be programmed through the SPI interface. Suitable for mechanical potentiometer replacement, instrumentation calibration, programmable voltage-to-current conversion, and other applications.

The AD5222 is a 128-bit dual channel digital potentiometer that performs the same electronic adjustment function as a potentiometer or variable resistor.

AD5220 is a single-channel 128-position digitally controlled variable resistor (VR) device. It is optimized for instrument and test equipment push-button applications and features 10 kΩ, 50 kΩ and 100 kΩ resistance values to meet different application requirements.

The AD5203 is a quad channel, 64-position digitally-controlled variable resistor (VR) device. These parts perform the same electronic adjustment function as a potentiometer or variable resistor, but with many advantages.
