The ADP2108 is a high efficiency, low quiescent current step-down dc-to-dc converter in an ultrasmall 5-ball WLCSP package. It operates at a fixed frequency of 3MHz, has an input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V, and a maximum output current of 600mA.
