L6377 is a monolithic Intelligent Power Switch in Multipower BCD Technology for driving inductive, capacitive or resistive loads. It features diagnostic for CPU feedback and extensive use of electrical protections, making it inherently indestructible and suitable for general purpose industrial applications.

L6376 is a high-performance quad intelligent power switch chip produced by STMicroelectronics. It has a driving current of 0.5A, a working voltage range of 9.5-35V, and integrates overcurrent protection, undervoltage protection, overtemperature protection and open circuit protection. It also provides diagnostic outputs.

L6375 is a monolithic fully protected, full diagnostic 0.5A Intelligent Power Switch. It is designed for industrial automation applications. The product features a 0.5A output current, a supply voltage range of 8V to 35V, non-dissipative short circuit protection, thermal shutdown, open ground protection, negative voltage clamping for fast demagnetization, and other characteristics.

The L6374 is an industrial quad line driver with four independent line drivers. It has outputs with a current of 100mA to 35V and input signals between -7V and +35V. It also features presettable threshold, push-pull outputs with three-state control, and true zero current between VS and ground. Each output has current limiting and is effective in the full 'ground to VS' output voltage range. The output voltage is clamped to VS and to ground. The L6374 also provides overtemperature and undervoltage protections, as well as diagnostics for overtemperature, undervoltage, and overcurrent. It has a presettable delay for the overcurrent diagnostic. The L6374 operates at high speed, up to 300kHz with a swing of 35V.

L6370 is a monolithic intelligent power switch in Multipower BCD technology, for driving inductive or resistive loads. An internal Clamping Diode enables the fast demagnetization of inductive loads. Diagnostic for CPU feedback and extensive use of electrical protections make this device extremely rugged and specially suitable for industrial automation applications.

L6363 is a 0.18µm CMOS PRML R/W channel that supports 8-bit NRZ interface to disk controller.

The L6353 is a smart driver with features such as high output current capability, wide supply voltage range, over current and desaturation protection, etc.
