TS274 series low power quad operational amplifiers

The TS272 is a low cost, dual operational amplifier manufactured by ST. It can be operated with single or dual supplies and its output voltage can swing to ground. It has excellent phase margin on capacitive loads and a gain bandwidth product of 3.5MHz. Its input offset voltage is stable and low and there are three input offset voltage selections available: 10µA/amp, 150µA/amp and 1mA/amp.

The L6387 is a high-voltage driver manufactured by STMicroelectronics with a working voltage of up to 600V, a driving current range of 400mA-650mA and a switching time of 50/30 nanoseconds. It is compatible with CMOS/TTL interfaces.

The L6386 is a high voltage driver with 400mA source drive capability and 650mA sink drive capability, which can drive independent reference polarity power MOSFET or IGBT. L6713 and L6714 are three/four-phase step-down controllers with 120º/90º phase-shift between each phase and integrated high-current drivers in a compact 10x10mm package with an exposed pad. Pin-to-pin compatibility allows system scalability: a 4-phase application can be easily downgraded to 3 phases by removing one phase.
