The DP83902A ST-NIC is a serial network interface controller designed for twisted pair local area networks using CSMA/CD. The controller features a fully compliant 10BASE-T transceiver that supports receiver, transmitter, collision detection, heartbeat, loopback, jabber, and link integrity functions as defined in the standard. DP83905 AT·LANTIC AT Local Area Network Twisted-Pair Interface Controller is a CMOS VLSI device designed for easy implementation of CSMA/CD local area networks. Unique to the AT·LANTIC is the integration of the entire bus interface for PC-AT, ISA (Industry Standard Architecture) bus based systems. Hardware and software selectable options allow the AT·LANTIC's bus interface to be configured software compatible to either an NE2000 or Ethercard PLUS16TM. All bus drivers and control logic are integrated to reduce board cost and area. Supported network interfaces include 10BASE5 or 10BASE2 Ethernet via an external transceiver connected to its AUI port, and Twisted-pair Ethernet (10BASE-T) using the on-board transceiver. The AT·LANTIC provides the Ethernet Media Access Control (MAC), Encode-Decode (ENDEC) with an AUI interface, and 10BASE-T transceiver functions in accordance with the IEEE 802.3 standards. The AT·LANTIC's integrated 10BASE-T transceiver fully complies with the IEEE standard. This functional block incorporates the receiver, transmitter, collision, heartbeat, Ioop-back, jabber, and link integrity blocks as defined in the standard. The transceiver when combined with equalization resistors, transmit/receive filters, and pulse transformers provides a complete 10BASE-T Ethernet function.

The DP8390D�NS32490D Network Interface Controller (NIC) is a microCMOS VLSI device designed to ease interfacing with CSMA�CD type local area networks including Ethernet� Thin Ethernet (Cheapernet) and StarLAN�. The NIC implements all Media Access Control (MAC) layer functions for transmission and reception of packets in accordance with the IEEE 802�3 Standard. Unique dual DMA channels and an internal FIFO provide a simple yet efficient packet management design. The LM2747 is a high-precision synchronous buck controller that provides simple step-down conversion with output voltages as low as 0.6V. The device features an adjustable fixed-frequency voltage-mode PWM control architecture, with frequency adjustable from 50kHz to 1MHz with one external resistor. In addition, the LM2747 also allows the switching frequency to be synchronized to an external clock signal in the range of 250kHz to 1MHz. This wide range of switching frequency provides the power supply designer the flexibility to make better tradeoffs between component size, cost, and efficiency. Features include the ability to startup with a pre-biased load on the output, soft-start, input undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and Power Good (based on both undervoltage and overvoltage detection). In addition, the shutdown pin of the IC can be used for providing power-down.
