LF155/LF156/LF256/LF257/LF355/LF356/LF357 are the first monolithic JFET input operational amplifiers to incorporate well matched, high voltage JFETs on the same chip with standard bipolar transistors (BI-FET™ Technology). These amplifiers feature low input bias and offset currents/low offset voltage and offset voltage drift, coupled with offset adjust which does not degrade drift or common-mode rejection. The devices are also designed for high slew rate, wide bandwidth, extremely fast settling time, low voltage and current noise and a low 1/f noise corner.
The LM3478 is a high efficiency, low side N-channel switching regulator controller from TI. It is suitable for use in topologies requiring low side FET, such as boost, flyback, SEPIC, etc. The device operates at extremely high switching frequency, and has built in features such as thermal shutdown, short-circuit protection, over voltage protection, etc.
The LM3710/LM3711 series of microprocessor supervisory circuits provide the maximum flexibility for monitoring power supplies and battery controlled functions in systems without backup batteries
The COP8ACC5 is an 8-bit CMOS ROM-based microcontroller with 4k memory and a high-resolution A/D. It is a single-chip CMOS device suitable for applications requiring a full-featured, low EMI controller with A/D capability. It also features advanced functions such as a 16-bit timer/counter, MICROWIRE/PLUS serial I/O, and low power modes. The devices in this series support low EMI operation from 2.5V to 5.5V and are available in 20/28 pin packages.
The MM5486 is a National Semiconductor LED display driver that uses N-channel metal gate low-threshold enhancement mode and ion-implanted depletion mode devices. It is available in a 40-pin molded dual-in-line package. The MM5486 is designed to drive common anode-separate cathode LED displays. A single pin controls the LED display brightness by setting a reference current through a variable resistor connected to VDD.
The LM4992 is a 420mW stereo cell phone audio amplifier designed by Texas Instruments for demanding applications in mobile phones and other portable communication device applications. It can deliver 1 watt per channel of continuous average power to an 8 ohm BTL load with less than 1% distortion (THD+N) from a 5VDC power supply.
The LM6165 family of high-speed amplifiers delivers an excellent speed-power product with a speed of 300 V/µs and a gain bandwidth product of 725 MHz (stable for gains as low as +25) with only 5 mA of supply current. These amplifiers are built using National's VIP™ (Vertically Integrated PNP) process, which produces fast PNP transistors that are true complements to the already fast NPN devices. This advanced junction-isolated process provides high-speed performance without the need for complex and expensive dielectric isolation.
LM6118/LM6218 are monolithic fast-settling unity-gain-compensated dual operational amplifiers with ±20 mA output drive capability. The PNP input stage has a typical bias current of 200 nA, and the operating supply voltage is ±5V to ±20V. These dual op amps use slew enhancement with special mirror circuitry to achieve fast response and high gain with low total supply current. The amplifiers are built on a junction-isolated VIP™ (Verti- cally Integrated PNP) process which produces fast PNP’s that complement the standard NPN’s.
The LP3872/LP3875 1.5A Fast Ultra Low Dropout Linear Regulators are developed on a CMOS process which allows low quies- cent current operation independent of output load current. These ultra low dropout linear regulators respond very quickly to step changes in load, which makes them suitable for low voltage microprocessor applications.
The LM2727/LM2737 N-Channel FET Synchronous Buck Regulator Controller for Low Output Voltages is a high-performance, synchronous switching regulator controller released by Texas Instruments. It adopts a fixed-frequency, voltage-mode, PWM control architecture and can adjust the switching frequency from 50kHz to 2MHz by adjusting an external resistor. The device uses non-overlapping MOSFET gate drivers and a high-side bootstrap structure to further improve efficiency. The input power is 2.2V to 16V and the output voltage can be adjusted to 0.6V.
The ADC088S102 is a low-power, eight-channel CMOS 8-bit analog-to-digital converter from ADI. This device is based on a successive-approximation register architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit and supports conversion rates of 500 kSPS to 1 MSPS. It can be configured to accept up to eight input signals and outputs serial data in straight binary format. The ADC088S102 supports independent analog and digital supplies, with a range of +2.7V to +5.25V for the analog supply (VA) and a range of +2.7V to VA for the digital supply (VD). In normal operation, the device consumes 1.8 mW and 8.0 mW of power with a +3V or +5V supply, respectively. The power-down feature reduces the power consumption to 0.03 µW and 0.15 µW with a +3V and +5V supply, respectively. The ADC088S102 is packaged in a 16-lead TSSOP package and is guaranteed to operate over an extended industrial temperature range of -40˚C to +105˚C.
