LM101A/LM201A/LM301A operational amplifiers are general purpose operational amplifiers with high performance, high precision, low noise, low input current and low bias current.

The LM102 series are high-gain operational amplifiers specifically designed for unity-gain voltage follower applications

The LM104 series is a precision voltage regulator that can be programmed by an external resistor to supply any voltage from 40V down to zero. It provides 0.01% regulation and can be used as a linear regulator, switching regulator, or current regulator in various control applications.

LM3045 is a dual NPN transistor array from TI, which has excellent electrical and thermal matching characteristics and can be used in a variety of low power applications. LM3045 is available in a 14-lead dual in-line package and has a full military temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.

LM105/LM305/LM305A Voltage Regulators are improved versions of the LM100 with higher regulation accuracy and lower standby current drain. They can directly replace the LM100 in both linear and switching regulator circuits with output voltages greater than 4.5V.

The LM3075 is a current mode control, synchronous buck controller IC. Use of synchronous rectification and pulse- skipping operation at light load achieves high efficiency over a wide load range. Fixed frequency operation can be obtained by disabling the pulse-skipping mode. Current mode control assures excellent line and load regulation and a wide loop bandwidth for fast response to load transients. Current mode control can be achieved by either sensing across the high side NFET or a sense resistor. The switching frequency can be selected as either 200 kHz or 300 kHz from an internal clock. The LM3075 is available with an adjustable output in a TSSOP-20 package.

The LM107 series are complete general purpose operational amplifiers with the necessary frequency compensation built into the chip. They offer the features of the LM101A, providing better accuracy and lower noise. They are well suited for long interval integrators or timers, sample and hold circuits, and low frequency waveform generators. The LM107 series has lower offset voltage and drift.

LM3080 is a programmable operational transconductance amplifier produced by National Semiconductor, which has high input impedance, high gain, low power consumption, and can be used for various signal amplification, filtering, multiplication and other applications.

The LM3089 FM Receiver IF System is a National Semiconductor Corporation product that provides all the major functions required for modern FM IF designs of automotive, high-fidelity and communications receivers.

The LM108 series is a precision operational amplifier with specifications ten times better than FET amplifiers. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The low current error of the LM108 series enables designs that are not practical with conventional amplifiers.

The LM111, LM211, and LM311 are voltage comparators that have input currents nearly a thousand times lower than devices like the LM106 or LM710. They are also designed to operate over a wider range of supply voltages: from standard ±15V op amp supplies down to the single 5V supply used for IC logic. Their output is compatible with RTL, DTL, and TTL as well as MOS circuits. Further, they can drive lamps or relays, switching voltages up to 50V at currents as high as 50 mA. Both the inputs and the outputs of the LM111, LM211, or the LM311 can be isolated from system ground, and the output can drive loads referred to ground, the positive supply, or the negative supply. Offset balancing and strobe capability are provided, and outputs can be wire OR’ed. Although slower than the LM106 and LM710 (200 ns response time vs 40 ns), the devices are also much less prone to spurious oscillations. The LM111 has the same pin configuration as the LM106 and LM710. The LM211 is identical to the LM111, except that its performance is specified over a −25˚C to +85˚C temperature range instead of −55˚C to +125˚C. The LM311 has a temperature range of 0˚C to +70˚C.

The LM113 and LM313 are temperature compensated, low voltage reference diodes. They feature extremely tight regulation over a wide range of operating currents in addition to an unusually low breakdown voltage and good temperature stability. The diodes are synthesized using transistors and resistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. As such, they have the same low noise and long term stability as modern IC op amps. Further, output voltage of the reference depends only on highly predictable properties of components in the IC, so they can be manufactured and supplied to tight tolerances.

The LM3146 is a high voltage field effect transistor produced by National Semiconductor Corporation. It is packaged in a dual in-line package and features high voltage matched pairs of transistors, low noise figure and wide operating current range. It is widely used in various signal processing systems.
