The LMV841/LMV842/LMV844 are low-voltage and low-power operational amplifiers that operate with supply voltages ranging from 2.7V to 12V and have rail-to-rail input and output capability. Their low offset voltage, low supply current, and MOS inputs make them ideal for sensor interface and battery-powered applications. The LM3687 is a step-down DC-DC converter with an integrated low dropout Linear Regulator optimized for powering ultra-low voltage circuits from a single Li-Ion cell or 3 cell NiMH/NiCd batteries. It provides a dual output with fixed output voltages and combined load current up to 750mA in post regulation mode or 1100mA in independent mode of operation, over an input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V. There are several different fixed output voltage combinations available (refer to table 'Voltage Options'). The Linear Regulator being driven from the fixed output voltage of the buck converter (post regulation) translates to high efficiency. The device offers superior features and performance for mobile phones and similar portable applications with complex power management systems. Automatic intelligent switching between PWM low-noise and PFM low-current mode offers improved efficiency over the full load current range. During full-power operation, a fixed-frequency 1.8MHz (typ.) PWM mode drives loads from ~80mA to 750mA max. Hysteretic PFM mode extends the battery life through reduction of the quiescent current during light loads and system standby. The LM3687 also features internal protection against over-temperature, current overload and under-voltage conditions. Two enable pins allow the separate operation of either the DC-DC or the Linear Regulator.
The LM2753 is a high-power switched capacitor voltage converter/flash LED driver. It can drive a flash LED with a pulsed current of 400mA at an input voltage of 3.6V. The device uses a switched capacitor doubler and provides a regulated 5V output (VOUT) over an input supply range of 3.0V to 5.5V. The switched output, IOUT, takes less than 10ns to turn on and provide maximum current to a Flash LED. Flash LED current is set via a ballast resistor. Continuous illumination current (Torch Mode) is programmed by connecting a resistor between IOUT and VOUT. This device uses only three small, low-cost ceramic capacitors. The LM2753 uses Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) regulation. Typical operating frequency is 725kHz. Under no-load conditions, the LM2753 operates on only 60µA. If the output is connected to ground, the charge pump stays in the gain of 1 which helps limit the input current to 300mA (typ.). The LM2753 is available in a 10-pin No Pullback Leadless Lead-frame Package: LLP-10.
The LM3352 is a switched capacitor DC/DC converter from National Semiconductor. It can convert an input voltage from 2.5V to 5.5V to a stable output voltage of 2.5V, 3.0V or 3.3V, with a maximum output current of 200mA and an average efficiency of greater than 80%. The switching frequency is 1MHz. The device is available in a 16-pin TSSOP package, with low operating and standby current, making it ideal for portable and handheld applications.
The ADC161S626 is a 16-bit successive-approximation register (SAR) Analog-to-Digital converter (ADC) with a maximum sampling rate of 250 kSPS. The ADC161S626 has a minimum signal span accuracy of ± 0.003% over the temperature range of −40°C to +85°C. The converter features a differential analog input with an excellent common-mode signal rejection ratio of 85 dB, making the ADC161S626 suitable for noisy environments. The ADC161S626 operates with a single analog supply (VA) and a separate digital input/output (VIO) supply. VA can range from +4.5V to +5.5V and VIO can range from +2.7V to +5.5V. This allows a system designer to maximize performance and minimize power consumption by operating the analog portion of the ADC at a VA of +5V while interfacing with a +3.3V controller. The serial data output is binary 2's complement and is SPI™ compatible. The performance of the ADC161S626 is guaranteed over temperature at clock rates of 1 MHz to 5 MHz and reference voltages of +2.5V to +5.5V. The ADC161S626 is available in a small 10-lead MSOP package. The high accuracy, differential input, low power consumption, and small size make the ADC161S626 ideal for direct connection to bridge sensors and transducers in battery operated systems or remote data acquisition applications.
LM3502 is a white LED driver for lighting applications. It provides a complete solution for dual display or large single white LED string backlighting applications. The LM3502 includes two internal white LED current bypass FET switches that are ideal for controlling dual display applications. The white LED current can be adjusted with a PWM signal directly from a microcontroller without the need for an RC filter network.
