This document is about the evaluation board for the AD73360 and AD73360L six input-channel simultaneous sampling Sigma-Delta A/D converters. The evaluation board is fully-featured and can operate independently with a high-speed parallel interface to a PC. The document describes the features and usage of the evaluation board.

AD73360 is a six-input channel analog front end from Analog Devices, with six 16-bit A/D converters, programmable input sample rate, simultaneous sampling, 77dB signal to noise ratio, 64kS/s maximum sample rate, -83dB crosstalk, low group delay (25ns typical per ADC channel), programmable input gain, flexible serial port, supports multiple devices cascaded, single (+2.7V to +5.5V) supply operation, 80mW maximum power consumption, on-chip reference, 28-lead SOIC and 44-lead TQFP packages, which can be used for general purpose analog input, industrial power metering, motor control, simultaneous sampling applications.

The AD73322 is a low-cost, low-power CMOS general-purpose dual analog front-end processor. It features two 16-bit A/D converters and two 16-bit D/A converters, programmable input/output sample rates, 78 dB ADC SNR, 77 dB DAC SNR, maximum sample rate of 64 kS/s, -90 dB crosstalk, low group delay, programmable input/output gain, flexible serial port allowing up to four dual codecs to be connected in cascade, providing eight I/O channels, single (+2.7 V to +5.5 V) supply operation, power consumption of 73 mW typ at 3.0 V, and on-chip reference. It is suitable for general-purpose analog I/O, speech processing, cordless and personal communications, telephony, active control of sound and vibration, data communications, wireless local loop, and other applications.

The AD73311L is a 16-bit A/D converter and 16-bit D/A converter. It features a flexible serial interface that allows up to eight devices to be connected in cascade. The device has low power consumption and low noise performance, making it suitable for a variety of applications.

AD7322 is a 2-channel, 12-bit, 1 MSPS, successive approximation ADC. The AD7322 has a high-speed serial interface that can operate up to 1 MSPS data throughput rate. The AD7322 can handle true bipolar analog input signals. The bipolar ranges are software selectable by programming the on-board Range Register. Bipolar input ranges include ±10V, ±5V, ±2.5V. The AD7322 can also handle a 0 to 10 V unipolar input range, which is also software selectable. By setting the appropriate bits in the Range Register, each analog input channel can be independently programmed to one of the input ranges. The Analog Input Channels can be configured as Single-Ended, Fully Differential or Pseudo Differential. Dedicated Control Register bits are used to configure the Analog inputs. The AD7322 contains a Channel Sequencer, allowing automatic conversions between each analog channel.

The AD7266 is a dual 12-bit, 3-channel SAR ADC with differential input. It features a fast throughput rate of 2 MSPS and operates within a voltage range of 2.7V to 5.25V. The ADC has low power consumption, wide input bandwidth, and a high-speed serial interface.

The AD7265 is a dual 12-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADC that operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V power supply and features throughput rates up to 1 MSPS.

The AD5620/AD5640/AD5660 are 12-/14-/16-bit nanoDACs from Analog Devices with a 5 ppm/°C reference voltage. They are available in SOT-23 packages and have low power consumption. These products are suitable for applications such as process control, data acquisition systems, battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage and current sources, and programmable attenuators.

AD5533 is a 32-channel infinite sample-and-hold produced by Analog Devices, with ±0.018% accuracy, high integration, 16μs per channel acquisition time, adjustable output voltage range of ±10V, output impedance of 0.5Ω, DSP/microcontroller-compatible serial interface and parallel interface, and a working temperature range of -40~+85℃.

The AD5520 is a switch-regulated source measure unit from Analog Devices. It features four programmable current ranges, a voltage range of ±11V, and applications include Automatic Test Equipment, Per Pin PMU, Shared Pin PMU, Device Power Supply Instrumentation Source Measure, Parametric Measurement, and Precision Measurement.

The AD5426/AD5432/AD5443 are CMOS 8-, 10-, and 12-bit current output digital multiplying DACs with 50 MHz serial interface and 10 MHz multiplying bandwidth.

The AD5415 is a CMOS 12-bit, dual-channel, current output digital-to-analog converter. It features 4-quadrant resistors for flexible output range configuration. The AD5415 has a 10 MHz multiplying bandwidth, a 50 MHz serial interface, a 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply operation range, a ±10 V reference input, and operates over an extended temperature range of −40°C to +125°C. It is packaged in a 24-lead TSSOP and features guaranteed monotonicity, power-on reset, daisy-chain mode, and a readback function.
