This document describes a 16-bit 100 kSPS PulSAR® unipolar ADC with a 2.5V internal reference. It features a throughput of 100 kSPS, INL of ±2.5 LSB max, and a resolution of 16 bits. The ADC has both AC and DC specifications, no pipeline delay, and a parallel and serial 5V/3V interface. It is suitable for applications such as data acquisition, medical instruments, and digital signal processing.

The AD9863 Rev. A is a mixed-signal front-end (MxFE™) baseband transceiver from Analog Devices that is suitable for broadband applications. The AD9863 Rev. A has dual 12-bit, 50 MSPS analog-to-digital converters and dual 12-bit, 200 MSPS digital-to-analog converters, and supports internal or external references. The AD9863 Rev. A also supports various interleaved or noninterleaved data transfer modes, and can operate in half-duplex mode or full-duplex mode. The AD9863 Rev. A uses a 24-pin flexible I/O data interface, and supports programming through registers or through mode pins. The AD9863 Rev. A also has independent Rx and Tx power-down control pins, and a 64-lead LFCSP package (9 mm × 9 mm).

AD9865 is a low-cost 3.3 V CMOS MxFETM for broadband modems. It features a 10-bit D/A converter, 2×/4× interpolation filter, 200 MSPS DAC update rate, integrated 23 dBm line driver with 19.5 dB gain control, 10-bit, 80 MSPS A/D converter, -12 dB to +48 dB low noise RxPGA(<3.0 nV/rtHz), third order programmable low-pass filter, flexible digital data path interface, half- and full-duplex operation, backward-compatible with AD9975 and AD9875, various power-down/reduction modes, internal clock multiplier (PLL), 2 auxiliary programmable clock outputs, available in 64-lead chip scale package or bare die.

The AD7653 is a 16-bit, 1 MSPS, unipolar ADC with an analog input voltage range of 0V to 2.5V, no pipeline delay, and parallel and serial 5V/3V interface compatibility.

The AD7674 is a 18-bit, 2.5 LSB INL, 800 kSPS SAR ADC with 18-bit resolution, no missing codes, no pipeline delay (SAR architecture) and 5 V input range.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the 18-bit, 2.5 LSB INL, 100 kSPS SAR ADC AD7678, including resolution, input range, throughput, dynamic range, etc.

AD7788/AD7789 is a low power, 16-/24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC suitable for smart transmitters, battery applications, portable instrumentation, sensor measurement, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, and weigh scales. It operates from 2.5V to 5.25V power supply, with a maximum normal power consumption of 75μA and maximum power-down current of 1μA. The ADC has a resolution of 16 bits and 24 bits, RMS noise of 1.5μV, and integral nonlinearity of 3.5ppm. It supports multiple interfaces including 3-wire serial SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP-compatible interfaces.

AD7790 is a low power, 16-bit buffered Sigma-Delta ADC with 3.5ppm typical integral nonlinearity, 1µA maximum current consumption, 2.5V to 5.25V operating voltage, internal clock oscillator, programmable gain amplifier, rail-to-rail input buffer, VDD monitor channel, -40°C to +105°C operating temperature range, 10-lead MSOP package, 3-wire serial SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™ and DSP compatible Schmitt trigger.

The AD9864 is a general-purpose IF subsystem that digitizes a low level 10 MHz to 300 MHz IF input with a signal bandwidth of 6.8 kHz to 270 kHz.

AD7466/AD7467/AD7468 is a 1.6V, micropower 12-/10-/8-bit ADC with low power, high throughput rate, wide input bandwidth and other features.

AD9236 is a monolithic, single 3 V supply, 12-bit, 80 MSPS analog-to-digital converter featuring a high performance sample- and-hold amplifier (SHA) and voltage reference. The AD9236 uses a multistage differential pipelined ADC architecture with 12-bit digital output, operating with a 2 V p-p or higher analog input voltage. AD9236 is suitable for a variety of demanding applications including high end medical imaging equipment, IF sampling in communications receivers, WCDMA, CDMA-One, CDMA-2000, battery powered instruments, hand-held scopemeters, low cost digital oscilloscopes and DTV subsystems.

The AD9245 is a monolithic, single 3 V supply, 14-bit, 20 MSPS/40 MSPS/65 MSPS/80 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring low power, flexible analog input, and clock duty-cycle stabilizer.

The AD9878 Rev. A is a low cost 3.3 V CMOS MxFE™ for broadband applications. It is compliant with DOCSIS, EURO-DOCSIS, DVB and DAVIC standards and features a 232 MHz quadrature digital upconverter, a 12-bit direct IF DAC (TxDAC+), up to a 65 MHz carrier frequency DDS, programmable sampling clock rates, an analog Tx output level adjust, dual 12-bit, 29 MSPS direct IF ADCs with video clamp input, a 10-bit, 29 MSPS sampling ADC, and an 8-bit ∑-∆ auxiliary DAC, which can be directly interfaced to AD832x family of PGA cable drivers.
