The AD7690 is a 18-bit, 1.5 LSB INL, 400 kSPS PulSAR® differential ADC from Analog Devices that is offered in MSOP/QFN packages.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the Quad, 12-Bit, 40/65 MSPS Serial LVDS 1.8 V A/D Converter AD9228.

The AD9233 is a monolithic 12-bit, 80 MSPS/105 MSPS/125 MSPS, 1.8 V analog-to-digital converter with low power, low noise and high bandwidth. It is suitable for various applications, such as ultrasound equipment, IF sampling in communications receivers, IS-95, CDMA One, IMT-2000, battery-powered instruments, hand-held oscilloscopes and low cost digital oscilloscopes.

AD9246 is a monolithic 14-bit, 80 MSPS/105 MSPS/125 MSPS, 1.8 V analog-to-digital converter with low power, low noise, high bandwidth and high precision. It is suitable for ultrasound equipment, IF sampling in communications receivers, IS-95, CDMA-One, IMT-2000 and other applications.

AD9461 is a high-performance 16-bit, 130 MSPS IF sampling ADC with excellent performance and scalability to meet the needs of various wireless communication applications. It integrates a 16-bit Σ-Δ converter, a low-noise preamplifier with enhanced dynamic range, and a scalable digital output.

The AD7321 is a 2-channel, 500 kSPS, software-selectable, true bipolar input, 12-bit plus sign ADC from Analog Devices.

AD7322 is a 12-bit plus sign SAR ADC with true bipolar input ranges, software-selectable input ranges ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V, 0 V to +10 V, 1 MSPS throughput rate, two analog input channels with channel sequencer, single-ended, true differential and pseudo differential analog input capability, high analog input impedance, low power: 21 mW, full power signal bandwidth: 22 MHz, internal 2.5 V reference, high speed serial interface, power-down modes, 14-lead TSSOP package, iCMOS process technology.

The AD7324 is a 4-channel, 12-bit plus sign ADC with true bipolar input ranges and software-selectable input ranges. It features high-speed serial interface, low power consumption, and high precision.

AD7327 is an 8-channel, 500 kSPS, 12-bit plus sign SAR ADC from Analog Devices with software selectable input ranges including ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V, and 0 V to +10 V. AD7327 supports single-ended, true differential, and pseudo differential analog inputs with high analog input impedance and low power.

The AD7273/AD7274 are 10-/12-bit high speed, low power, successive approximation ADCs, respectively. The parts operate from a single 2.35 V to 3.6 V power supply and feature throughput rates of up to 3 MSPS.

The AD7328 is an 8-channel, 12-bit plus sign successive approximation ADC designed on the iCMOS™ (industrial CMOS) process. iCMOS is a process combining high voltage silicon with submicron CMOS and complementary bipolar technologies. It enables the AD7328 to provide high performance and high accuracy at low power and cost.

AD7762 is a 625 kSPS, 24-Bit, 109 dB Σ−Δ ADC product from Analog Devices. It has high dynamic range, high precision and low power consumption. It is suitable for data acquisition systems, vibration analysis and other applications.

AD7763 Rev.A is a 24-Bit, 625 kSPS, 109 dB Sigma-Delta ADC with On-Chip Buffers, Serial Interface.

AD9237 is a 12-bit, 20 MSPS/40 MSPS/65 MSPS 3 V low power A/D converter from Analog Devices. It has ultralow power, flexible analog input range, optional binary, twos complement or gray code data formats, output enable pin, 2-step power-down, full power-down and sleep mode, etc. It is suitable for ultrasound and medical imaging, battery-powered instruments, handheld scope meters, low cost digital oscilloscopes, low power digital still cameras and copiers, low power communications, etc.

The AD9445 is a 14-bit, 105/125 MSPS IF sampling ADC with high precision and low noise characteristics.
