The AD7475/AD7495 are 12-bit, high speed, low power, successive-approximation ADCs that operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V power supply with 1 MSPS throughput rate. They feature 4.5 mW max power and are suitable for battery powered systems, personal digital assistants, medical instruments, mobile communications, instrumentation and control systems, data acquisition systems and optical sensors applications.

AD7663 is a 16-bit, 250 kSPS CMOS ADC. It offers high precision, low distortion, and supports multiple input voltage ranges. The product features both parallel and serial interfaces, compatible with standards such as SPI®/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™/DSP. It operates on a single 5V supply, has low power consumption, and supports a power-down mode.

AD9235 is a 12-bit, 20/40/65 MSPS, 3 V A/D converter. The converter features single 3 V supply operation (2.7 V to 3.6 V), SNR = 70 dBc to Nyquist at 65 MSPS, SFDR = 85 dBc to Nyquist at 65 MSPS, low power (300 mW at 65 MSPS), differential input with 500 MHz bandwidth, on-chip reference and SHA, DNL = ±0.4 LSB, flexible analog input (1 V p-p to 2 V p-p range), offset binary or twos complement data format, clock duty cycle stabilizer, etc. The converter can be used in ultrasound equipment, IF sampling in communications receivers, IS-95, CDMA-One, IMT-2000, battery-powered instruments, hand-held scopemeters and low cost digital oscilloscopes.

The AD7492 is a 1.25MSPS, 16mW, internal REF and CLK, parallel ADC, suitable for VDD of 2.7V to 5.25V, with low power, wide input bandwidth, 70dB SNR and 2.5V internal reference.

AD10200 is a dual channel, 12-bit, 105 MSPS IF sampling A/D converter with analog input signal conditioning.
