ADG751 is a low voltage SPST (single pole, single throw) switch that has excellent off isolation and wide bandwidth. It can be used for audio and video switching, RF switching, network applications, battery powered systems, communication systems, relay replacement and sample-and-hold systems.

ADG801 and ADG802 are monolithic CMOS, single-pole, single throw (SPST) switches with on resistance of less than 0.4 Ω, switching time of less than 35 ns, working voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V, working temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, can be used for power routing, cellular phones, modems, PCMCIA cards, hard drives, data acquisition systems, communications systems, relay replacement and other applications

ADG621/ADG622/ADG623 are CMOS ±5 V/+5 V, 4 Ω Dual SPST Switches. They feature 5.5 Ω (maximum) on resistance, 0.9 Ω (maximum) on resistance flatness, 2.7 V to 5.5 V single supply, ±2.7 V to ±5.5 V dual supply, rail-to-rail operation, 10-lead MSOP package, typical power consumption (<0.01 μW), TTL-/CMOS-compatible inputs. They can be used in Automatic test equipment, Power routing, Communication systems, Data acquisition systems, Sample-and-hold systems, Avionics, Relay replacements, Battery-powered systems.

The ADG721, ADG722, and ADG723 are monolithic CMOS SPST switches, with a single supply voltage of 1.8 V to 5.5 V and an on resistance of 4 Ω (max).

The ADG821/ADG822/ADG823 are low-power, low-voltage, high-switching-speed monolithic CMOS SPST switches.

ADG1611/ADG1612/ADG1613 are four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. They feature low on resistance, dual-supply operation, and 3V logic-compatible inputs. They are suitable for applications such as communication systems, medical systems, audio signal routing, video signal routing, automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, and sample-and-hold systems.

The ADG1311/ADG1312/ADG1313 are quad SPST switches with features such as 3V logic-compatible inputs and operation within a voltage range of +12V, ±15V.

The ADG611/ADG612/ADG613 are monolithic CMOS devices containing four independently selectable switches. These switches offer ultralow charge injection and a maximum leakage current of 100pA.

ADG451/ADG452/ADG453 are four-channel, monolithic CMOS switches designed in an enhanced LC2MOS process that provides low power dissipation and high switching speed.

ADG431/ADG432/ADG433 is a low-power quad MOS switch with low on-resistance, high switching speed and low power consumption.
