The ADG1404 is a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) analog multiplexer, comprising four single channels designed on an iCMOS process. It features 1.5Ω on resistance, 0.3Ω on-resistance flatness, and 0.1Ω on-resistance match between channels.

ADG1208/ADG1209 are monolithic, iCMOS® analog multiplexers comprising eight single channels and four analog switches.

AD8184 is a 4-to-1 video multiplexer with a bandwidth of 700 MHz and a current consumption of less than 4.5 mA, providing up to 95 dB of isolation and 115 dB of crosstalk.

The ADG1204 is a CMOS analog multiplexer with low input capacitance and low charge injection, supports ±15 V/+12 V power supply voltage, and has 14-lead TSSOP and 12-lead LFCSP_VQ packages.

The ADG604 is a CMOS analog multiplexer, comprising four single channels. It operates from a dual supply of ±2.7 V to ±5.5 V, or from a single supply of 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The ADG604 switches one of four inputs to a common output, selected by the 10-bit address decoder A1A0. The ADG604 features 1 pC charge injection (over the full signal range) and 100 pA of leakage current. Its feature list also includes: automotive temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, typical 85Ω on resistance, fast switching times (typical power consumption of less than 0.1 μW), TTL/CMOS compatible inputs and a 14-lead TSSOP package.

The ADG704 is a CMOS low voltage 4-channel multiplexer with features such as single supply voltage of +1.8 V to +5.5 V, low power consumption, high switching speed, low on-resistance, low leakage currents, and high bandwidth.

ADG728/ADG729 are CMOS low-voltage 2-wire serially controlled matrix switches. ADG728 is an 8-channel matrix switch, while ADG729 is a dual 4-channel matrix switch. On resistance is closely matched between switches and very flat over the full signal range. These parts can be used in data acquisition systems, communication systems, relay replacement, audio and video switching, and automatic test equipment.

ADG738/ADG739 are CMOS low-voltage 3-wire serially-controlled matrix switches with a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply, 2.5 ohm switch resistance, and 0.75 ohm switch resistance flatness.

ADG658/ADG659 are low voltage, CMOS analog multiplexers comprised of single 8-to-1 and differential 4-to-1 arrays, available in 16-lead LFCSP/TSSOP/QSOP packages.

ADG1408/ADG1409 are 8-channel ±15V/±12V/±5V iCMOS multiplexers, with a maximum on resistance of 4.7 Ω, 0.5 Ω on resistance flatness, a maximum continuous current of 190 mA, and are compatible with 3V logic levels. They support ±15V/±12V/±5V operating voltages and are available in 16-lead TSSOP and 4mm × 4mm LFCSP packages.

ADG528A and ADG529A are CMOS monolithic analog multiplexers with eight channels and four dual channels, respectively. On-chip latches facilitate microprocessor interfacing. The ADG528A switches one of eight inputs to a common output, depending on the state of three binary addresses and an enable input. The ADG529A switches one of four differential inputs to a common differential output, depending on the state of four binary addresses and an enable input.

The ADG758/ADG759 is a low voltage CMOS analog switch, comprising eight single channels and four differential channels, respectively. The ADG758 can switch one of eight inputs (S1-S8) to a common output, D, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines A0.

The ADG438F/ADG439F are CMOS analog multiplexers, the ADG438F comprising 8 single channels and the ADG439F comprising four differential channels. These multiplexers provide fault protection. Using a series n-channel, p-channel, n-channel MOSFET structure, this structure has very fast switching times (tON 250ns max and tOFF 150ns max) and high withstand voltage (–40 V, +55 V). All switches are turned off when the power supply is turned off, and if an overvoltage occurs, the analog output of the ON channel will be clamped within the power supply.
