MAXIM MAX4285 MAX4288/MAX4387/MAX4388 handbook

The MAX4285/MAX4286/MAX4287/MAX4288/MAX4387/MAX4388 is a high-performance ADC buffer amplifier operating from a single +3V supply. The device offers a disable feature that reduces power-supply current and places the outputs in a high-impedance state. All six devices operate from a +2.85V to +6.5V single supply or from ±1.425V to ±3.25V dual supplies. The common-mode input voltage range extends to the negative power-supply rail (ground in single-supply applications). These devices require 20mA of quiescent supply current per amplifier while achieving a 250MHz -3dB bandwidth and a 350V/µs slew rate. The combination of an 8ns (to 0.1%) settling time, 88dBc (f = 5MHz) of SFDR, and up to 100mA output drive makes these amplifiers ideal for high-speed ADC drivers for communications and instrumenta- tion applications.

MAXIM MAX4430 MAX4433 handbook

The MAX4430/MAX4431 single and MAX4432/MAX4433 dual operational amplifiers feature wide bandwidth, 16-bit settling times in 37ns, and low-noise/low-distortion operation. The MAX4430/MAX4432 are compensated for unity gain stability and have a small signal -3dB bandwidth of 180MHz. The MAX4431/MAX4433 are compensated for closed-loop gains of +2 or greater and have a small-signal -3dB bandwidth of 215MHz. The MAX4430–MAX4433 op amps require only 11mA of supply current per amplifier while achieving 125dB open-loop gain. Voltage noise density is a low 2.8nV/√Hz, and provides 100dB spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) at 1MHz. These characteristics make these op amps ideal for driving modern high-speed 14- and 16-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). These high-speed op amps feature wide output voltage swings capable of driving ADCs with ≥4V input dynamic range and a high current output drive up to 60mA. Using a voltage feedback architecture, the MAX4430– MAX4433 meet the requirements of many applications that previously depended on current feedback amplifiers. The MAX4430/MAX4431 are available in a space-saving 5-pin SOT23 package, and the MAX4432/MAX4433 are available in an 8-pin µMAX package.

MAXIM MAX4412/MAX4413 handbook

The MAX4412 single and MAX4413 dual operational amplifiers are unity-gain-stable devices that combine high-speed performance, low supply current, and ultra-small packaging. Both devices operate from a single +2.7V to +5.5V supply, have rail-to-rail outputs, and exhibit a common-mode input voltage range that extends from 100mV below ground to within +1.5V of the positive supply rail. The MAX4412/MAX4413 achieve a 500MHz -3dB bandwidth and a 140V/µs slew rate while consuming only 1.7mA of supply current per amplifier. This makes the MAX4412/MAX4413 ideal for low-power/low-voltage, high-speed portable applications such as video, communications, and instrumentation. For systems requiring tighter specifications, Maxim offers the MAX4414–MAX4419 family of operational amplifiers. MAXIM MAX6010 Precision Micropower 3V Series Voltage Reference in SOT23 handbook

The MAX6010 is a precision, low-noise, low-dropout, micropower voltage reference in a SOT23 package. This three-terminal voltage reference operates with an input voltage from 3.2V to 5.5V, and outputs 3V. The MAX6010 voltage reference consumes less than 5µA (max) of supply current and can source up to 7mA and sink up to 1mA of load current when the input is 5V. Unlike conventional shunt-mode (two-terminal) references that waste supply current and require an external resistor, the MAX6010 offers a supply current that is virtually independent of supply voltage (with only 0.05µA/V variation with supply voltage) and does not require an external resistor. The MAX6010 has initial accuracies of 0.2% (A grade) and 0.4% (B grade) and a temperature drift of 50ppm/°C (max). The low-dropout voltage and the ultra-low supply current over the full voltage range make this device ideal for portable and battery-operated applications. The MAX6010 is available in a small, 3-pin SOT23 package.
