fdt FAST CMOS OCTAL BIDIRECTIONAL TRANSCEIVERS IDT54/74FCT245T/AT/CT/DT - 2245T/AT/CT IDT54/74FCT640T/AT/CT IDT54/74FCT645T/AT/CT/DT
The FAST CMOS octal bidirectional transceiver family from Integrated Device Technology (IDT) offers high‑drive, low‑leakage, TTL‑compatible I/O for asynchronous two‑way data bus communication. Models FCT245T, FCT2245T, FCT640T and FCT645T differ in output polarity and drive capability, with the 2245T providing balanced‑drive outputs with built‑in current limiting.
Key features include low input/output leakage (≤1 µA), CMOS power levels, true TTL compatibility, and availability in radiation‑tolerant and radiation‑enhanced versions. The devices are qualified for both commercial (0 °C to +70 °C) and military (‑55 °C to +125 °C) temperature ranges and are offered in a variety of packages such as DIP, SOIC, SSOP, QSOP, CERPACK and LCC.
