Analogic AAT3221/2 150mA NanoPower LDO Linear Regulator Datasheet

Analogic AAT3221/2 150mA NanoPower LDO Linear Regulator Datasheet

Datasheet 16 pages · 396 KB · EN

The AAT3221 and AAT3222 are PowerLinear NanoPower Low Dropout Linear Regulators designed for portable applications where extended battery life is critical. These devices feature extremely low quiescent current, typically 1.1 µA, and a dropout voltage of less than 200 mV at the maximum output current of 150 mA.

The regulators include an Enable pin that allows the device to enter a shutdown mode for further power conservation, drawing less than 1 µA in this state. They also incorporate protection features such as output short circuit and over-current protection, along with over-temperature protection. The devices are available in space-saving 5-pin SOT23 or 8-pin SC70JW packages.
